An Introduction to Learning and Development
The management is human activity which exists everywhere and is driven by human thinker.
Some argue that management theories are general knowledge, but 80% of enterprises in countries face problems due to poor management, and 90% are bankrupted due to imperfect management.
Systematic learning of management knowledge can enhance decision-making ability.
Methods include thinking from multiple angles, understanding theory from practice, learning in cases, having a humble attitude, and paying attention to theory background(Worell, 2024)

The methodical learning of management theories has a chance to improve organizational effectiveness and improve ability to make decisions.
